Sending the form is a request. The journey, scope and agreed fare become binding through the operator’s written confirmation. Published fares are indicative; changes to the agreed route or journey may affect the price.

Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is made to the driver after the journey by cash or credit card.
Cancellation
Cancel in writing by email. Cancellation at least 24 hours before departure is free. From 10 hours to less than 24 hours before departure, 20% of the agreed fare is charged. Less than 10 hours before departure, or if you do not show up, 50% is charged.
Travel arrangements
Give accurate pickup, flight, luggage and passenger details and allow time for weather and traffic. Changes, delays or disruption are coordinated with the operator. Austrian mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
